FULL SUMMARY

This original farmhouse has been converted to 3 properties from one therefore producing a home and income (although easily converted back to a single farmhouse) & is surrounded by beautiful formal gardens & paddocks amounting to 2.2 acres with a stable block & ample parking. Splendid location with fabulous views. Faunstone Farm is the original farmhouse offering well-presented accommodation & beautiful formal gardens with well-maintained lawns & well-stocked shrubbery. Courtyard & driveway providing parking for plenty of vehicles to the front & driveway leading to a stable block & a hard-standing courtyard with additional parking space & space for garaging if required. There are paddocks beyond the stable block making this an ideal starter equestrian property. The 3 properties are currently separated with their own areas of gardens & parking with both the middle section of the farmhouse (The Granite) and the annexe being let out. For a visual description of the layout please see the attached floor plan. As an overview the main residence has an entrance hall, a spacious lounge/diner, good-sized family kitchen, 3 bedrooms & bathroom. The Granite has a lounge/diner, kitchen, utility/downstairs cloakroom, 2 double bedrooms & bathroom. The Annexe comprises a lounge/diner, kitchen, 2 bedrooms & bathroom. The property enjoys a fabulous rural location with far-reaching countryside views, along with a large well-established formal gardens, a stable block & yard with 2 adjoining paddocks. The neighbouring barns which formed part of the original farm with outbuildings were converted several years ago but now form part of this very pleasant small community of properties.
