Plymouth born and bred, Richard was a familiar voice across the region as a presenter on Radio Plymouth.

Growing up in Elburton and beginning his career locally, Richard later spent ten years living abroad before returning home to marry and start a family near Wembury. His genuine passion for helping clients achieve their financial ambitions — coupled with his commitment to going above and beyond — made him a natural fit for the Julian Marks family.

Richard takes pride in putting clients’ property, purchase, and protection goals first, creating a relaxed and friendly environment to explore budgets and financial plans.

His passion for property began at a young age, inspired by his parents’ work in property development. Supported by his wife Katie, son Charlie, and their sprocker spaniel Louis, Richard has built a successful portfolio of rental properties over the past 15 years across Plympton, Plymstock, and Plymouth.
