A professional, receptive and highly motivated office team, which implicitly understands its patch and the state of the market. Wesley's use of graphic analysis and data to pitch at the right place was persuasive. And my initial warm feeling in the office was boosted as each member of the team came individually to the house to understand the features and potential of the property. Lynn (and Caroline) was a fabulous orchestrator of the ‘chain,’ while Jeremy’s undoubted expertise and experience was a key feature in eventually getting over the line.
