From Mark valuing the property to the day of completion everything was so quick and easy. The house was sold in less than a week and we were informed of every step. Would highly recommend. Big thank you to the whole team.

We found Julian Marks to be very friendly, professional, and accessible throughout our house buying process. They answered queries promptly and worked hand in hand with our Solicitors, Wolferstans.

We would thoroughly recommend Julian Marks.

All good thank you.
It took a while, but that's just the state of the market.
The team based at Ridgeway Plympton were always very helpful, and we always had a plan.
Thank you for all your support.
Kind Regards.
Yeoman.

If you want your house sold by a professional body then Julian Marks are your people. Mark came to the house and spoke directly to me and my mum, he explained everything and was extremely fair on everything discussed. Once on the market his team kept us completely informed as to everything that was happening, from viewers to the actual sale. All I can say is brilliant service.
