Terms and conditions:

1. There is 1 prize for a 4K TV.
2. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees and relatives of Julian Marks Estate Agents.
3. The closing date for entries is 17:30 BST on Friday 14th June 2024.
4. Only one entry per a household.
5. All new listings between Wednesday 1st May and 17:30 BST on Friday 14th June 2024 will automatically be entered.
6. The winner will be chosen at random and announced later in June.
7. The winner will be informed within 28 days of the closing date and will need to respond within 28 days or a new winner will be chosen.
8. The winner’s name will be available on request and published on the Julian Marks website and our social media accounts.
9. The prize will be delivered within 14 days of the winner confirming their address.
