Henry Reaches New Heights with Julian Marks
New technology has revolutionised estate agencies in recent years and Julian Marks Estate Agents are embracing the latest in drone photography and virtual tours to ensure properties are showcased in their best possible light.
Not only do houses tend to look more attractive with a bird’s eye perspective, aerial views are particularly useful for certain types of homes.
Drone photography can enhance the appeal of rural properties with land, homes that are surrounded by countryside and waterside homes, where an aerial view can easily illustrate the proximity of the coastline.
At Julian Marks, drone photography and virtual property tours are the responsibility of new recruit Henry Partridge, 19, who joined the firm following his sixth form studies at Ivybridge Community College.
Henry, from Plymstock, says: “Aerial photography is the perfect way to showcase a property from all angles and virtual tours provide prospective buyers with a complete walkthrough, room by room.
“Each feature adds a different perspective to our marketing efforts.”
Henry works across all three Julian Marks offices – in Plymstock, Plympton and Plymouth.
He adds: “I love getting out and about, seeing the properties we have on the market and meeting our lovely clients.”
Despite Dad Julian being one of the directors, Henry is happy to learn his profession from the ground level and enjoys carrying out viewings and fielding telephone enquiries in the Plymstock office.
A keen rugby player, Henry plays as a winger and full back for Ivybridge RFC.
